The house was designed and built by the contractor who built the Foshay Tower (the first skyscraper in Minneapolis). This beautiful home has hardwood floors, an open staircase, French doors, a fireplace, and lots of character.
This home is ideal for large families or two families vacationing together. Have Grandpa and Grandma join you this year! Bask in the sunshine or play in the shade. Nearly an acre of land means there is plenty of room for you and your family to enjoy the yard. Or better yet, take advantage of Lake Chetek (fishing or boating). The property has a dock with 140' of shoreline.
The lower level consists of two sitting rooms which face Lake Chetek, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and bathroom. For your convenience there is also a laundry room with a washer and drier. The second story has four bedrooms, comfortably sleeping eight guests (ten maximum) and a bathroom.
