2012 Rates
Note: Week 1 begins May 5, 2012 (First Saturday in May)
Pontoon
Rents for $350 per week, with first choice going to those who have rented it in the corresponding week of the previous year. After that, it is available on a first come, first serve basis to our guests in the INN or COTTAGE.
Discounts Available
- $100 discount when your party rents both the Inn and the Cottage for the same week
- $100 discount for renting two consecutive weeks
- Off-season, multi-week discount negotiable
Additional Charges
- All rates must add 5.5% sales tax
- Pets allowed with permission
Advance Registration
Weekly guests have the first option for the corresponding week in the following year ($100 deposit required). A waiting list will be available.
Silver Birch Cottage
Weekly Rates:

Weeks 4-18 = $625
Weeks 19-23= $450
Off-season (non-holiday) = not available

Weekends:

3 nights =$250

Silver Birch Inn
